Goals of the Course
This seminar is for second-year master's students and second or higher year doctoral students (participation by doctoral students is optional). The goal of the seminar is to create a space for discussion and presentation of research progress and results.

Objectives of the Course
Participants will present their research progress once a semester. Special attention will also be paid to writing a Master's thesis for M2 students and writing an academic article for D2 and above students.

Course Content / Plan
The first half of each semester will focus on developing academic skills, such as organizing a Master's thesis or writing an academic article. The second half of each semester is for research progress reports and peer feedback sessions.

All participants are expected to have taken my seminar 1a 1b from the previous academic year.
成績評価の方法と基準
Course Evaluation Method and Criteria
Evaluation is based on active participation in the seminar sessions and the research progress report.
Credit is given for an evaluation of C- or higher based on participation and the research progress report

None. Readings will be provided by the instructor and shared through the seminar Slack site.

原則として対面で行う。例外的に、遠隔授業(同時双方向)を行う。
遠隔授業は Teams、Zoom等で⾏う。

In principle, lecture and seminar course subjects are offered in-person.
Online participation in classes (interactive communication classes via Teams, Zoom, etc.) may be permitted by the instructor under exceptional circumstances.
*Guidance will be posted on NUCT if there are any changes in the class format, etc. after registration.
