授業の目的 【日本語】
Goals of the Course(JPN)
本特論は、国際開発国内実地研修実習(DFW)に参加する学生を対象とし、調査地に関する情報、および日本社会が直面している開発課題や研究手法についての知識を提供するものである。学生は本特論を履修することにより、調査地の現状や自身の調査題目に関連する議論を理解し、現地調査の準備ができるようになることを目指す。2022年度のDFWは岐阜県関市で調査を実施する。
授業の目的 【英語】
Goals of the Course
This course aims to provide the students who join GSID Domestic Fieldwork (DFW) with information about the fieldwork site and knowledge related to development issues in Japanese society and research methods. Students will be able to understand the field site situation and current discussion related to their research topics to get ready for the fieldwork. DFW 2022 will be held in Seki city, Gifu prefecture.

• Learn about development issues in Japanese society.
• Acquire skills needed to plan fieldwork.
• Acquire skills to conduct interviews with various stakeholders.
授業の内容や構成
Course Content / Plan
Five classes aim to provide information about the field site and related topics. Four classes aim to provide knowledge about research methods. One day visit to the field site before the DFW is also scheduled in this course. Students are required to do two group presentations.

Notice for Students
 Students willing to take this course should attend the guidance at the beginning of April 2022.
 All students who join DFW are required to take this course for credits.
 If the situation of COVID-19 gets worse, the fieldwork will be conducted online.
 Classes will be given by resource persons both within and outside of GSID.

原則として対面で行う。例外的に、遠隔授業(同時双方向)を行う。
遠隔授業は Teams、Zoom等で⾏う。
※履修登録後に授業形態等に変更がある場合には、NUCTの授業サイトで案内します。
In principle, lecture and seminar course subjects are offered in-person.
Online participation in classes (interactive communication classes via Teams, Zoom, etc.) may be permitted by the instructor under exceptional circumstances.
*Guidance will be posted on NUCT if there are any changes in the class format, etc. after registration.
