環境政策の目標実現のための手法の類型、機能・メカニズム、法的側面・意義、について学ぶ
4. 日本の環境実定法の概観
日本の環境実定法の体系、その形成・運用のプロセス、国際法と国内法との関係、いくつかの主要な個別制定法制度の概要、等について学ぶ | 1. Significance of environmental law

履修条件・関連する科目
Course Prerequisites and Related Courses | | | 特に履修条件は付さないが、憲法、行政法、民法の基礎を学習したことがあることは授業の理解に資する。 | | No prerequisite required. However, basic knowledge of Constitutional law, administrative law and civil law will be useful to understand this course. |
