Goals of the Course(JPN)

各自が行った観測・データ解析等の報告，世界の最新の研究動向等について交替で発表を行い，内容に関する議論を通じて　地震，火山，地殻変動といった地球および惑星のダイナミックな現象やその物理過程，地球の内部構造等に関して理解を深めるとともに，各自の研究の進捗に資する．

Goals of the Course

In order to promote the research progress of each participant, this seminar is aimed at deepening understanding of various dynamic phenomena on earth and planets such as earthquakes, volcanic eruptions, crustal deformation, and their underlying physical processes as well as the internal structure of the earth, through presentations about observations, data analysis, and up-to-date research reports by the participants.

観測・データ解析等の報告，世界の最新の研究動向等についての発表と議論を通じて，地震，火山，地殻変動といった地球および惑星のダイナミックな現象やその物理過程，地球の内部構造等に関して理解を深めることができ，自身の研究の進捗に資すことができる．

Objectives of the Course

Students will be able to understand various dynamic phenomena of the earth and planets, such as earthquakes, volcanoes, and crustal deformation, and their physical processes as well as the internal structure of the earth, through presentations and discussions on the observations and data analysis, and the up-to-date research reports. They will contribute to the progress of your own research.

授業の内容や構成
Course Content / Plan

参加者が各自の研究発表，論文紹介等を交替で行い，その内容について議論する．
履修者は本セミナーで実施される研究倫理教育ガイダンスの受講を必須とする．

Participants present their own research results and/or review associated researches in rotation. The subject is discussed by all the members.
Participants are required to attend the Guidance session on research ethics conducted as part of this seminar.

Course Evaluation Method and Criteria

発表の内容、質疑など討論への貢献および授業態度を総合的に評価する．授業での活動に積極的・能動的に参画できたことを合格の基準とする．

Students will be evaluated on the basis of the content of their presentation, their contribution to discussions such as questions and answers, and their overall class attitude.
