Goals of the Course(JPN) | | 環境法・国際環境法に関する研究報告や文献購読、判例の検討などを受講生が行い、それを基に討議し、指導、助言を受けることを通じて、環境法・国際環境法について統合的に理解する力を育み、環境法・国際環境法の現代的諸問題について分析し、創造的に問題解決を探る応用力を育む。

Goals of the Course | | This seminar aims at improving and deepening the understanding of international and/or domestic environmental law with view to enabling students to enhance their research. Students will study and review various cases and materials as well as do presentation on progress and outcome of their research.

授業の内容や構成
Course Content / Plan | | | 環境法・国際環境法分野での重要な文献や判例の検討、受講者の研究報告を中心に進める。扱う文献等や具体的な進め方については、受講者と相談の上決定する。また履修者は本セミナーで実施される研究倫理教育ガイダンスの受講を必須とする。 | | The detailed contents will be decided after consultation with students in the first class. All participants are required to attend the Guidance session on research ethics conducted as part of this seminar. |
