授業の内容や構成
Course Content / Plan | | （１）セミナーの前半は、「貿易と環境」問題についての基本文献を読みながら、関連の事例や措置について議論し （事例としては、食品ラベル、遺伝子組み換え食品、漁業補助金など）、
（２）セミナー後半は、各自で「貿易と環境」に関する任意のケースを取り上げ、プレゼンテーションを行い、全員で議論する。
◎ 毎回、次回セミナーの課題をだすので、その課題について考えて取り組んでくること。 | This seminar is organized as follows:
(1) in the first half of the seminar, we will undertake assigned readings and discuss cases and measures regarding "trade and environment" issues which include food labels, genetically modified organism, or fishery subsidies.
(2) in the second half of the seminar, each participant will make a presentation, picking up a topic of one's interest within the "trade and environment" area, and participants will make comments each other.
◎ At each class, discussion questions to prepare for the next seminar are set out for assignment. |

成績評価の方法と基準
Course Evaluation Method and Criteria | | | ①平常点（出席と議論への参加）50％、②学期中のプレゼンテーションの評価50％、の合計で成績とし、100点満点で60点以上を合格とする。毎回のセミナーにおけるディスカッションへの参加は、すべての学生に期待される。合格の基準は「貿易と環境」問題の特性を理解し、様々な事例を批判的に検討できるかどうかである。 | This seminar is assessed by two components: (1) seminar attendance and discussion participation: 50 % and (2) in class presentation: 50%.
The score above or equal to 60 is a passing grade. Participation in class discussions is expected of all students. To receive a passing grade, students must understand features of "trade and environment" problems and be able to critically evaluate different examples. |
