授業の内容や構成
Course Content / Plan | | （１）セミナーの前半は、国際・グローバル環境法に関する文献を読んで議論し、
（２）セミナー後半は、各自が選択した国際・グローバル環境法に関するテーマについて
プレゼンテーションを行い、全員で議論する。
◎ 毎回、次回セミナーのリーディング課題をだすので、その課題について考えて取り組んでくること。 | This seminar is organized as follows:
(1) in the first half of the seminar, we will undertake assigned readings and discuss how international/global environmental law operates
(2) in the second half of the seminar, each participant prepares a presentation for own topic, applying analytical perspectives of international/global environmental law. All participants will make comments each other.

成績評価の方法と基準
Course Evaluation Method and Criteria | | | ①平常点（出席と議論への参加）50％、②プレゼンテーションの評価50％、の合計で成績とし、100点満点で60点以上を合格とする。毎回のセミナーにおけるディスカッションへの参加は、すべての学生に期待される。合格の基準は、国際・グローバル環境法の特性を理解し、自己のテーマをその視点から分析できるかどうかである。 | This seminar is assessed by two components: (1) seminar attendance and discussion participation: 50 % and (2) presentation: 50%.
The score above or equal to 60 is a passing grade. Participation in class discussions is expected of all students. To receive a passing grade, students must understand perspectives of international/global environmental law and be able to analyze your own topic in light of such perspectives. |

・取り扱う文献は日本語だけでなく英語のこともあるので英語文献が読めること。各自のプレゼンテーションにはパワーポイントを準備すること。
