授業の目的　【日本語】
Goals of the Course(JPN)
　医療の最先端での生命のコントロールにつながる新しい技術の開発の一方で，生と死の間でのターミナルケアのあり方，さらには，限られた医療資源，財政の中での超高齢・少子社会における保健医療のあり方等が問われている。保健医療に携わる者として，これら生命倫理上の問題を理解するための基礎的知識を習得し，より適切な対応のための問題解決能力を育成することを目指す。
　さらに，専門看護師を目指す者には，これらの基礎的知識をもとに，より具体的な看護事例に基づいて臨床場面における問題解決能力を養うことを目的とする。

Goals of the Course
　This course introduces the foundations of Bioethics regarding terminal care, advanced medical technology and other life and death issues.
　Throughout lecture and discussion, students will obtain the ability to notice and recognize the ethical problems and explore the way of problem solving them.

1.生命倫理とそれに関する法規、背景にある倫理原則を理解する。
2.具体的事例に対して、倫理原則や法の考え方に則って自分の意見を述べることができるようにする。

2.To be able to express own opinions on specific cases in accordance with ethical principles and legal ideas
授業の内容や構成
Course Content / Plan
以下の内容を予定している。

1. 倫理に関する基礎知識、倫理上の意思決定の仕組み、倫理原則：美徳の倫理, 原則に基づく倫理, ケアリングの倫理
2. 看護インフォームド・コンセントの具体的方法
3. 臨床の倫理的問題に対する四分割表を用いた事象の分析、臨床の倫理的問題に対するナラティブ･アプローチ

前提とする履修条件は要さない。
成績評価の方法と基準
Course Evaluation Method and Criteria
出席，授業への取り組み，および成果発表，課題レポートが課された場合はその成績を総合的に評価する。

Grading will be decided based on attendance, reports, and the quality of presentation of a group work regarding ethical issues.

受講者は，自分の経験あるいは文献等から得た事例について，講義，演習の中で意見交換を行っていく。なお，授業の進捗によっては，課題レポートを課す場合もある.
