授業の目的 【日本語】
Goals of the Course(JPN) | | | 看護職の専門性の向上と社会的使命を考えながら，看護組織を管理運営し，他の専門職種との協同を推進するために必要な看護組織論，人的管理，看護マネジメント，看護の質評価，看護情報管理について理解し，研究・実践能力を養うことを目標とする。具体的には，医療・看護の質保証および看護・医療提供システム管理に関する研究の現状および国際的な動向，さらには，看護必要度に基づく人材管理，情報管理，職務規範，キャリア開発，リーダーシップ，調整，相談，関連法制，現任教育など，臨床実践能力をより高度にする理論や技術を体系的に学び，討議を深めながら医療・看護管理に関する研究能力および実践能力を養う。 |

Goals of the Course | | | Reflecting professionalism of nursing and its mission, participants are learning about management of nursing organization like a hospital, nurse center, and so on, as well as skills and state-of-art knowledge that are required of nurse managers. |

授業の進め方
How to proceed with the class | | 対面もしくは遠隔（双方向型）での授業を行う。
履修登録後に授業形態等に変更がある場合、NUCTの授業サイトで案内する。
資料とスライド供覧を行い，医療・看護管理の方法論と根拠を示す。学生中心のグループワーク，発表，ディスカッションを取り入れて，看護管理の知識，技術と応用法を学ぶ。 |
