Goals of the Course(JPN)
国際的視野を持って助産師として母子への支援活動を展開するために、国際保健医療や国際母子保健に関する基礎知識を修得し、世界の母子保健の現状と課題、特に開発途上国で暮らす母子の抱える問題や課題とその対策について考察する。

Goals of the Course
This class aims to acquire basic knowledge related to global health for mother and child, and health policy of international organizations for supporting mother and child in the world as a midwife, and to discuss support of them through support activities for understanding their issues.

This lecture aims to achieve the following goals.

1. You can explain current situation of maternal and child health and issues in the world.　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　2. You can describe issues of maternal and child health in developing countries.　　　　　　　
3. You can discuss maternal and child health policy in developing countries.

1. 世界における母子保健指標と統計 Maternal and child health in the world indicators and statistics
2. 世界における母子保健の動向 Trends in maternal and child health in the world
3. 開発途上国の妊産婦の健康改善の課題と対策 Strategy and issues of improvement of maternal health in developing countries
4. 開発途上国の新生児と乳幼児の死亡とその原因 Cause of Death of newborns and infants in developing countries
5. 開発途上国の乳幼児の健康改善の課題と対策 Strategy and issues of improvement of infant health in developing countries
6. 開発途上国の母子感染予防（HIV/AIDS含む性感染症） 　　　　 Prevention of mother-to-child transmission in developing countries (including HIV/AIDS)
7. 世界における母子保健施策の現状 Current situation of maternal and child health policy in the world
8.開発途上国の環境と母子の健康　　　 Environment and maternal and child health in developing countries
