Goals of the Course(JPN)

質量分析を中心とした生体分子解析技術は、種々の疾患の病態解析、診断・予後予測マーカーの探索、治療標的分子の同定など、多面的に活用されている。本授業は、生体分子解析の手法およびその応用方法について、実際に行われた研究を題材として学び理解を深めることを目的とする。

Goals of the Course

Analysis technologies of biomolecules including mass spectrometry are widely used in the fields like pathological analysis, search for diagnostic/prognostic markers, and identification of therapeutic target molecules, of various diseases. The aim of this course is to help students acquire understandings of analysis technologies of biomolecules and their applications, based on actually performed researches.

2. Understand examples of application of biomolecule analysis technology to the health and medical fields.

授業の内容や構成
Course Content / Plan

下記の予定で行う。

1. 消化器系疾患の発症・進展機序解明に向けた生体分子解析技術（石川、6コマ）
2. 神経系疾患の発症・進展機序解明に向けた生体分子解析技術、腸内細菌叢解析法（平山、4コマ）
3. 疾患発症・病態進展に関わる環境要因の解明に向けた化学分析（上山、4コマ）
4. メタボロミクスの原理とデータ解析法（林、1コマ）
