助産過程に基づき、分娩介助ならびに妊産褥婦および新生児・乳児のケアを修得する。病院とバースセンターの助産師の役割について考察する。

Goals of the Course
This class aims to learn how to deliver a baby based on midwifery process, and to provide care for maternity and their new born babies and infants, and furthermore to discuss the role of midwife in hospital and birth center.

1.分娩期の産婦のニーズと必要なケアを述べることができる。
2.出生直後の新生児のニーズと必要なケアを述べることができる。
3.母子および家族の健康生活に必要な保健指導を説明できる。

Objectives of the Course
This clinical practice aims to achieve the following goals.
1. You can describe needs of maternity in stage of labor and the necessary care.
2. You can describe needs of the new born baby and the necessary care.
3. You can explain the necessary health guidance for healthy life of mother and child, and family.
4. You can describe low risk labor care.
授業の内容や構成
Course Content / Plan
1.分娩期の助産診断と援助
　1）分娩介助の見学をし、産婦に対するケアを学ぶ。
2）出産直後の母と出生直後の新生児へのケアを学ぶ。
2.産褥期の助産診断と援助
　1）産褥経過と産婦の回復状態のアセスメントと必要な援助を学ぶ。。
2）早期新生児期における生理的特徴と母子関係についてアセスメントと必　　　　
　　　要なケアを学ぶ。
　3）産褥時に必要な保健指導を学ぶ。

実習記録（50％）と実習参加態度（50％）で総合的に評価する。Your overall grade in the class will be decided based on training records(50%), and contribution in the class (50%).
