助産実践現場での実践経験を通して、妊産褥婦と新生児のニーズ把握を行い、予測経過判断、適切なケアを展開する。

This class aims to understand needs of pregnant and parturient woman and their new born babies, and develop forecast progress judgment and appropriate care.

1．妊産褥婦・新生児について、身体的・心理的・社会的側面・地域・家族から、多面的に情報収集し、統合した助産診断ができる。　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　2. 助産診断に基づいて計画を立案し、対象者の分娩介助および助産ケアが提供できる。　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　3. 提供した助産ケアを客観的に評価し、自己の課題を明らかにすることができる。　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　4. 継続事例の受け持ちを通して、妊娠期から産褥・新生児期1ケ月まで、継続した、個別的な保健指導を含めた援助を提供できる。

Objectives of the Course
This clinical practice aims to achieve the following goals.
1. You can develop integrated midwifery diagnosis after collecting the information of pregnant and parturient woman and their new born babies in multifaceted ways such as physical, psychological, social aspects and community or family.
2. You can provide delivery assistance and midwifery care after making a plan based on midwifery diagnosis.
3. You can clarify self-task after making a evaluation of midwifery care provided.
4. You can provide a sustained support from pregnancy period to one month after delivery.
授業の内容や構成
Course Content / Plan
1.妊娠期の助産診断と援助
　1）正常な妊婦1事例を受け持ち、正常な妊婦への助産過程を展開する。
　2）妊娠経過についてアセスメントし、必要な援助を立案し実施する。
2.分娩期の助産診断と援助
　1）分娩経過を予測しながら個別性をふまえた助産過程を展開する。
2）対象者が主体的に分娩に取り組めるように支援し，分娩介助を実施する。
　3）出産直後の母・出生直後の新生児へのケアを行う。
3. 産褥期の助産診断と援助
　産褥経過と回復状態をアセスメントし、必要な援助を立案し実施する。
4.新生児の助産診断とケア　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　新生児の生理的変化と胎外生活適応状態をアセスメントし、必要な援助を立案し実施する。
5．退院後の生活に向けて必要な保健指導を行う。

成績評価の方法と基準
Course Evaluation Method and Criteria
実習記録（50％）と実習参加態度（50％）にて総合的に評価する。Your overall grade in the class will be decided based on training records(50%), and contribution in the class (50%).

授業の進め方
How to proceed with the class
妊娠期・分娩期・産褥期・新生児期の助産ケアを継続受け持ちを通して学ぶ。分娩第1期から分娩第4期までの産婦を継続して受け持ち、分娩介助を中心とした助産ケアを学ぶ。
