Goals of the Course | | 1. To understand the necessary midwifery diagnosis and examinations for high-risk pregnant women, pregnant women, postpartum mothers, newborns and their families, and to learn the ability to take responsibility as a member of the medical team.
2. Students will learn the role of midwives in dealing with patients who require advanced perinatal care, and the ethics of a professional. |

2．MFICUおよびNICU/GCUで治療を要する母子それぞれに必要な処置や検査、対応ができる。
3．ハイリスク母子の心理的危機の支援およびアタッチメント形成の支援ができる。
4．産科病棟・MFICUおよびNICU/GCU・外来における助産業務と保健医療チームにおける協同・連携について検討できる。
5．地域保健サービス（保健・医療・福祉関係者との連携）、地域特性と母子保健事業のアセスメントについて検討できる。 |

Objectives of the Course | | 1. To be able to diagnose the physical, mental, and social needs of high-risk pregnant women and their families, and to be able to maintain the pregnancy and provide care for daily activities based on the midwifery plans.
2. To be able to understand the procedures, examinations and responses required for high-risk mothers and children requiring treatment in MFICU and NICU/GCU.3.
To be able to support high-risk mothers and children in psychological crisis and attachment process.
4. To be able to discuss midwifery services in maternity wards, MFICU, NICU/GCU and outpatient clinics, and cooperation and collaboration in health care teams
.5. To be able to discuss community health services (collaboration with health, medical and welfare professionals) and to assess community characteristics and maternal and child health services. |

授業の内容や構成
Course Content / Plan | | 1．MFICUにおける助産診断と援助
1）MFICUに入院する妊婦に対する必要な診査項目を学ぶ
2）経過診断に基づく、対象に必要な助産ケアを立案し、妊娠生活の維持や日常生活上のケアを実践する
2．NICUにおける助産診断と援助
１）異常分娩新生児を出生した産婦、家族のケアを学ぶ
２）新生児の発達発育に必要な診査項目、検査、ケアを学ぶ
３）母子分離にある母子に対して、両親のアタッチメント形成にむけた支援法を指導のもと実践する。
実習期間；2023年2月27日（月）～3月10日（金）の2週間を予定している。
