Goals of the Course | | | This seminar course is designed to help students to complete their theses from the selection of a topic at the very beginning to the systematization and analysis of related primary and secondary sources, completing their research plans, carrying out interviews, gathering and analyzing accumulated data and so on. |

授業の内容や構成
Course Content / Plan | | ゼミ生が各自の研究テーマにそって個別に発表し、受講者全員で討議を行う。学生が授業終了後に、先行研究の分析、研究計画の立て方、インタビュー・アンケート調査の実施、収集したデータの分析などができるようになる。
Students are expected to prepare presentations on their own topics and to actively participate in the discussion. By the end of the course, the students will be able to analyze primary sources, develop research plan, carry out interviews and analyze the collected data. |

成績評価の方法と基準
Course Evaluation Method and Criteria | | 授業への参加度（討論への貢献など）と個別発表を重視する。討論への参加（50％）、個別発表（50％）で評価する。それぞれについてC評定以上を合格要件とする。
Grades will be determined on class participation (50%) and preparation and an oral or written presentation(s) (50%). A minimum grade of C in every category is necessary to receive a passing grade.
