Goals of the Course
(Graduate students belonging to the many-body-system group in the D1 year are strongly recommended to take this course.)
This course deals with advanced concepts of many body systems science. The students taking this course will acquire advanced computational methods for understanding many-body systems.
Objectives of the Course(JPN)
Objectives of the Course
The aim of this course is to help students acquire advanced knowledge of mathematics, physics and information theory for understanding, design and control of many body systems from the point of view of theoretical physics through reading of English papers and advanced textbooks.
Course Content / Plan

Students by turns introduce topics of many body systems based on their sense of purpose. The students and instructors discuss the topics based on mathematics, physics and information theory.
1. Students review a recent paper other participants would be interested in.
2. Students present the review, trend of the study, unsolved problems and future works.
3. Students discuss the applicability of the methodology used in the paper to another problems.
