授業の目的　【日本語】
Goals of the Course(JPN)
情報に関する法的・倫理的問題の全体像について深く学ぶ。知的財産権の保護，有害情報の検閲，プライバシーの保護，クラッキングを巡るさまざまな事例をもとに，計算機の進歩と社会のネットワーク化の進行により，たえず情報倫理は問い直され，改訂されざるを得ないことを理解する。そのうえで，倫理的自律性をもって，これらの諸問題に対処し，技術，制度の両面から問題解決を行うための思考能力を身につける。
