Goals of the Course(JPN) | | | 行政・企業・NPOなどの社会のさまざまな現場で活躍する社会人大学院生が、直面する具体的な環境問題の解決を目指して、さまざまな学問分野の多数の教員や大学院生と共に、対等な立場で超学際的な議論を積み重ねる中で、問題解決に向けたスキルを身につけます。環境問題に対して修得した知識をもとに深く考え果敢に行動することで、DP2に対応し、自らの専門領域に閉じない柔軟な英知を身につけ環境にかかわる幅広い学問分野を自由に咀嚼することで、DP3に対応します。 |

Goals of the Course | | | Graduate students who are working in various fields of society such as government, companies, and NPOs participate in this seminar with the aim of solving specific environmental problems they face. Through accumulating transdisciplinary discussions with many faculty members and graduate students in various academic fields, you will acquire skills for problem solving. By thinking deeply and acting boldly based on the knowledge acquired for environmental problems, it responds to DP2. By acquiring flexible wisdom, related to the environment, that is not closed to your own specialized academic field, it responds to DP3. |

授業の内容や構成
Course Content / Plan | | 2段階のセミナーを実施します。
（１）本科目の受講生（知の共創プログラムに在籍する社会人大学院生）が、その集団指導教員と共に、受講生の研究テーマに関わるセミナーを開催します（開催の頻度は受講生の数によりますが、本科目全体では月2回程度の頻度での開催を想定しています。日程や方法－対面・リモートの別などは、受講生と集団指導教員の間で調整します）。各セミナーは原則として環境学研究科の全ての教員と大学院生に公開して、希望者がオブザーバーとして参加できるものとし（注）、知の共創プログラムに在籍する社会人大学院生が直面している環境問題の解決に向けて、可能な限り多くの研究分野の教員・大学院生と情報や意見を交流できる機会を提供します。
注：本科目の受講生とその集団指導教員が「公開が不適当」と判断するセミナーについては、個別に公開しないことも可能です。公開されるセミナーの開催告知とオブザーバーの参加受付は、受講生の主指導教員によって行われるものとします。
（２）半年に一度の頻度で、本科目の受講生（知の共創プログラムに在籍する社会人大学院生）の全員が参加した合同の公開研究発表会を開催して、研究の背景や内容、その成果について、環境学研究科の内外の学生や教員、一般の方々と交流します（日程は受講生と教員の間で調整します）。 | We will hold a two-stage seminar.
(1) Students of this course (working graduate students enrolled in the Knowlegae Co-creation Program) will participate in seminars related to their research themes together with their group supervisors (The entire course is expected to be held about twice a month depending on total number of students. Schedules and methods (face-to-face ot remote, etc.) will be coordinated between the students and the group supervisor). As a general rule, each seminar will be opened to all faculty members and graduate students of the Graduate School of Environmental Studies so that they can participate as observers (Note). By doing so, we will provide opportunities to exchange information and opinions with faculty members and graduate students in as many research fields as possible in order to solve the environmental problems faced by working graduate students enrolled in the Knowledge Co-creation Program.
Note: It is possible not to open the seminars that the students of this course and their group supervisors judge as "inappropriate to open" individually. Announcement of seminars and acceptance of observer participation shall be made by the student's supervisor.
(2) A joint public research seminar will be held once every six months by participation of all the students of this course (working graduate students enrolled in the Knowledge Co-creation Program) in order to exchange their research background, contents, and result. In this joint seminar, you will interact with other students, faculty members, and the general public inside and outside the Graduate School of Environmental Studies (the schedule will be coordinated between students and supervisors). |
