授業の内容や構成
Course Content / Plan | | | 本セミナーは、博士後期課程１年生を対象に行い、地質学、岩石学、古生物 学などの博士研究に関係深い分野の論文の内容について，簡潔にまとめ，発表する。発表のために，時間外に論文を数編読み，プレゼンテーションの準備を行う．また履修者は本セミナーで実施される研究倫理教育ガイダンスの受講を必須とする。 | This seminar is for first year doctoral students. Students are expected to read scientific papers in fields related to their own research such as geology, petrology and paleontology out of this class and to prepare own presentation. They are also expected to present the information in front of the other members of the group.
All participants are required to attend the Guidance session on research ethics conducted as part of this seminar. |

成績評価の方法と基準
Course Evaluation Method and Criteria | | 出席回数と各人の発表における理解度，まとめ方，発表の方法などに基づいて評価する．
論文の内容をわかりやすくまとめて発表することを最低限の合格基準とする． | Based on understanding, construction and method of own presentation.
The minimum passing criterion is to present the contents of the dissertation in an easy-to-understand manner. |
