At the end of the course, students will increase the abilities for reading the scientific papers related to their research themes, presenting and discussing their research contents.
授業の内容や構成
Course Content / Plan
本セミナーは、博士後期課程１年生を対象とし、堆積物を用いた環境評価指標の確立に関する博士研究の内容の発表を行い、研究方法、研究結果、考察の妥当性などを議論し、博士研究の意義の深い理解と方法論の実践的指導を行う。
また履修者は本セミナーで実施される研究倫理教育ガイダンスの受講を必須とする。
This seminar covers the 1st grade students of doctor course. In this seminar, we read basic papers on chemical compositions of environmental samples such for major elements, trace elements. The purpose of this seminar is to cultivate the ability to grasp accurately the contents of the paper and to make good presentations.
All participants are required to attend the Guidance session on research ethics conducted as part of this seminar.

Course Evaluation Method and Criteria
担当の回の発表は必ず行うこと。また、毎回の発表後の質疑応答に積極的に参加すること。

教科書
Textbook
本人の研究発表を基本とするが、Geochimica et Cosmochimica Acta, Marine Polution Bulletin などの学術雑誌似掲載された各自の研究に深く関連した発表論文が該当。適宜指示ずる。
In this seminar, students present their own research. In cases, they introduce published papers appeared in academic journals such as Geochimica et Cosmochimica Acta deeply related to their own research.
