Goals of the Course(JPN)
健康障害の発生、疾患の発症・進展には多様な環境要因や宿主要因が関与している。本授業では、種々の分析技術を駆使して集積された分子情報の統合解析技術について学ぶとともに、消化器系、神経系疾患、中毒性疾患の発症・進展に関与する環境要因、宿主要因に対する分子情報統合解析技術の応用方法について、具体例を通じて理解を深めることを目的とする。

Goals of the Course
Various environmental factors and host factors are involved in the occurrence of health disorders and the onset and progression of diseases. The aim of this course is to help students acquire an understanding of the integrated analysis technology of molecular information accumulated using various analysis technologies, and an understanding of their application to the digestive, neurological, and toxic diseases through the specific examples.

1. 消化器系疾患の発症・進展機序解明に向けた分子解析技術の応用法（石川）
2. 神経系疾患の発症・進展機序解明に向けた分子解析技術の応用法（平山）
3. 健康に影響を与える化学的環境要因の理解に向けた質量分析計の応用法（上山）

成績評価の方法と基準
Course Evaluation Method and Criteria
配布された英文論文の理解度、それに関する討論への貢献度により評価する。
分子解析技術の原理を含めて、研究内容が理解できていることを合格基準とする。
