Goals of the Course [JPN]
少人数のセミナーの形式で，大学で学び研究するための最も基本的なスキル（コモン・ベーシック）としての読み（文献調査，考察，検討），書き（まとめ，報告書作成），話す（討論，発表）を中心とした多面的な知的トレーニングを行います。さらに「知の探究のプロセス」と「学問の面白さ」を学び，自立的学習能力を身につけることを目的としています。教員の研究分野に応じて多様なテーマが用意されています。

Goals of the Course [ENG]
This course is conducted in the form of a seminar with small groups. We will provide multifaceted intellectual training focused on reading (literature research, consideration, examination), writing (summary, report writing), and speaking (discussion, presentation) as the most basic skills (common basic) for learning and studying at university. Through this, our goal is to learn the "process of knowledge exploration" and "the fun of learning" and to acquire the independent learning ability. A wide variety of themes are prepared according to the research field of the instructors.

Objectives of the Course [JPN]
世界の格差の実態や開発途上国における農村開発の具体的事例に関する調査を通じて、情報収集・分析、取りまとめ、発表に関する能力を身に付けるとともに、国際協力の意義や実態について理解を深める。また、開発途上国における開発課題の発掘や解決方法の探求を実習することにより、問題分析能力および問題解決のための論理的思考能力を構築する。

Objectives of the Course [ENG]
Through investigation on the reality of disparities in the world and specific examples of rural development in developing countries, students will acquire the ability to collect, analyze, summarize, and present information, and deepen their understanding of the significance and reality of international cooperation. In addition, students will acquire the ability to analyze problems and think logically to solve them through practical training in identifying development issues in developing countries and searching for solutions.
