Goals of the Course [ENG] | | | This course aims that through the acquisition of knowledge of international society of globalization age, students will build a foundation for developing into individuals who can play an active role in international society, combining the ability to develop their own arguments with cultural and social tolerance. The specific topics to be dealt with will be determined according to the specialties and interests of the instructor. |

Objectives of the Course [JPN] | | | 経済・社会のグローバル化に伴い、人・物・情報が益々容易に国境を越える現代では、我々の活動に関係する法は日本法に留まらない。本授業では、国際的な取引や家族の形成に関する法的問題に適用される法や紛争に関係する裁判所についての基本的な考え方を学ぶ。本授業を通じて、人々の国境を越える活動を規律する抵触法（国際私法）に関する基本的知識を身に付け、世界に異なる法秩序が混在しているという多元的状況において生じる法的問題について鋭敏な感覚を持つようになることが本授業の目標である。 |
