Goals of the Course [JPN]
現代社会が抱える課題に対する学際的・総合的分析能力を養うとともに，目指す専門分野と憲法学との関連性を理解することによって，専門知の社会的役割を認識し，自らの専門分野を相対化する視点を身につけます。具体的に扱うテーマは，担当教員の専門分野や関心に応じて設定されます。
授業の目的　【英語】
Goals of the Course [ENG]
This course is designed to develop interdisciplinary and comprehensive analytical skills for the issues facing modern society, and to understand the relationship between the specialized field of study to be pursued and constitutional law, thereby recognizing the role of specialized knowledge in society and acquiring the perspective to relativize one's own specialized field. The specific topics to be dealt with will be determined according to the specialties and interests of the instructor.

Objectives of the Course [JPN]
・日本国憲法の基本原理である「国民主権」、「基本的人権の尊重」について、その概要を説明できる。
・日本国憲法で規定するそれぞれの人権について、学説や判例に基づいてその内容を理解し、説明できる。
・日本国憲法で規定する統治に関する規定に基づいて国政の動きを理解し、説明できる。 
授業の達成目標　【英語】
Objectives of the Course [ENG]
・Be able to explain an overview of the basic principles of the Constitution of Japan, namely "sovereignty of the people" and "respect for fundamental human rights".
・Be able to understand and explain the content of each of the human rights stipulated in the Constitution of Japan based on theories and precedents.
・Be able to understand and explain the workings of the national government based on the articles of governance stipulated in the Constitution of Japan.
