Goals of the Course [ENG] | | | This course is designed to develop interdisciplinary and comprehensive analytical skills for the issues facing modern society, and to understand the relationship between the specialized field of study to be pursued and law, thereby recognizing the role of specialized knowledge in society and acquiring the perspective to relativize one's own specialized field. The specific topics to be dealt with will be determined according to the specialties and interests of the instructor. |

Objectives of the Course [JPN] | | | 本授業では，法学の分野の一つである社会保障法について学ぶ。学生は，本授業の履修を通して，医療保険，年金保険などの社会保障の法制度の基本的な仕組みを理解するとともに，社会保障をめぐり生じる法的諸問題についての基礎的知識を得ることを目指す。ひいては，学生が社会保障制度に係る報道や政策論議を正しく理解し，その是非を自身で判断できるための基礎力を養うことが，本授業の究極的な目標である。 |
