Goals of the Course [JPN] | | | 現代社会における企業活動に関する問題・課題等に触れながら，それに対するアプローチや分析の仕方及び問題を考える際の思考枠組みなどを講義するものです。この意味で，概説的な内容を踏まえながら，近年になって発生した経営／会計の問題，あるいは過去から未だ解決されていないような課題などにも焦点を当て，講義を行う予定です。 |

Goals of the Course [ENG] | | | This course focuses on problems and issues related to corporate activities in modern society, and lectures on approaches to these problems, methods of analysis, and frameworks for thinking about them. In this sense, the lectures will give an overview, focus on management/accounting issues that have arisen in recent years or issues that have not yet been resolved. |

授業の達成目標 【日本語】
Objectives of the Course [JPN] | | 本授業は、受講生が独力で、（1）証券投資と資産価格の基礎理論の説明し、（2）これら理論に関する標準的な数式モデルの導出し、（3）これら数式モデルを使った演習を実行できるようになることを目標とする。
これらの能力は、金融工学と呼ばれる分野の基礎になる。実験や実証は行わないが、本授業の内容は高校の物理のイメージが比較的近いと思われる。 |
