青年期は心の発達において成人期前の準備段階にあたり，アイデンティティの形成や将来展望，家族からの独立といった多くの課題を抱える時期です。また大学という環境は自由度が格段に広がり，自己決定の機会や能動的な関与が求められるため，青年は大きな環境の変化に直面します。こうした人生において重要かつ不安定になりやすい時期にある学生に対して，青年期の発達的特徴と意味，陥りやすい精神的問題と解決法，さらには将来展望の持ち方などを講義することによって，学生生活におけるウェルビーイングの向上について考えます。

Goals of the Course [ENG]
In human development, adolescence is the stage in preparation of young adulthood. It is also a time one faces many challenges, such as forming one's identity, planning for one's future,and gaining independence from one's family. The adolecent is faced with drastic change entering the university environment which allows for significant freedom and oppurtunities for active participation and self-determination. The aim of this course is to consider how to improve one's well-being in student life, through lectures of the characteristics and meaning of adolecent development, at risk psychological problems and their solutions, as well as how one looks to the future, during the time of life that is both important and unstable.
