Goals of the Course [JPN]
　経済活動の重要な担い手の一つである企業活動を対象とするものとします。実際の企業活動は，非常に多種多様で複雑であり，それをそのまま記述した場合，当該企業に関する個別的な知識は増大するが，その全体像を包括的に理解することは困難です。そこで，本講義は，具体的な事例を参考にしながらも，企業活動の基盤となる論理を，経営学あるいは会計学の立場から，受講生に理解させることを主たる目的とします。

Goals of the Course [ENG]
In this course, we will focus on corporate activities, which are one of the important players in economic activities. Actual corporate activities are very diverse and complex, and if we describe them as they are, it is difficult to comprehensively understand the whole picture, although individual knowledge about the companies in question will increase. Therefore, the main objective of this lecture is to provide students with an understanding of the logic underlying corporate activities from the standpoint of business administration or accounting, while referring to specific cases.

本授業科目においては，現代経済の主要な担い手である株式会社に焦点を当てる。株式会社の本質や史的展開について確認すると同時に，各国の株式会社に観察される固有の特徴について認識し，背後に認められる文化的・政治的刻印を多角的に考察する。これを通じて現代経済に絶大な影響力を及ぼす株式会社に対する認識を深める。
