人文・社会科学系の専門分野を学んでいく基盤として，政治学の分野における学問体系を理解し，最も基礎的な知識と技能を身につけます。具体的に扱うテーマは，担当教員の専門分野や関心に応じて設定されます。

Goals of the Course [ENG]
This course helps students to understand the political science studies and to acquire the most basic knowledge and skills as a foundation for studying specialized fields in the humanities and social sciences. The specific topics to be dealt with will be determined according to the specialties and interests of the instructor.

Objectives of the Course [JPN]
1．政治学の概念、理論を理解し、政治現象を政治学的に理解することができる。
2．現実の政治現象を論理的に考え、自らの言葉で説明できるようになる。
3．福祉国家の成立過程を学ぶことで、日本の福祉国家化を説明できるようになる。
民主政における統治システムの違いを学ぶことで、現代政治の状況や課題を理解する。

【予習】毎回授業の最後に次回授業の内容に関する「問い」を出すので、各自調べて「答え」を用意して授業に臨むこと。
【復習】毎回授業の冒頭で、前回の授業の小レポートの答え合わせをするので、理解が不十分だったところは復習し、ノートに整理すること。
