Goals of the Course [JPN]
電磁気学Iの内容を発展させ，時間とともに変化する電磁場（電磁界）を取り扱います。起電力，電磁誘導，変位電流，電磁場（電磁界）のエネルギーなどの概念に加え，交流回路におけるオームの法則，キルヒホッフの法則，複素インピーダンスなどの概念を説明します。このことによって，電磁気学の基本概念と手法について理解を深めるとともに，理工系分野を学ぶ基礎学力を養うことを目指します。この科目は，電磁気学を直接必要としない分野の学生にとっても自然科学を学ぶための重要な基礎となります。

Goals of the Course [ENG]
This course expands on Electromagnetism I and deals with electromagnetic fields that change with time. In addition to concepts such as electromotive force, electromagnetic induction, displacement current, and energy of electromagnetic field, concepts such as Ohm's law, Kirchhoff's law, and complex impedance in AC circuits are explained. This course aims to deepen students' understanding of the basic concepts and methods of electromagnetism, and to develop basic academic skills for studying science and engineering fields. This course provides an important foundation even for students in fields that do not directly require electromagnetism.

電場・磁場は目に見えず、理解が非常に困難であります。
しかし、今後一層電場・磁場の機械工学における有効利用は必要になります。
そのため、基本的に電場・磁場を応用するために必要な事項（体系的な考え方）を身に着けてください。
