Goals of the Course(JPN) | | | 民事訴訟法の基礎を学ぶとともに、個別の解釈問題についての最新・重要判例を検討することを通して、民事訴訟法の現代的課題や新しい考え方等について議論し、論理的に議論を展開する基本的能力を身につけることを目的とします。取り上げる判例やテーマについては参加者と相談して決めたいと思います。 |

１．民事訴訟法の解釈・立法上の課題について研究テーマを設定する。
２．研究テーマごとに必要な文献調査を行い、研究成果をとりまとめる。
３．報告と質疑応答を通じて、研究成果を共有し、相互の理解を深める。 |
