Goals of the Course(JPN)

講義や実習で学んだ地球科学の様々な現象について，実際に野外観察を行い，その理解度を深める．また自然界における産状を目の当たりにし，現地で観察・討論をすることにより，さらなる問題点を見出す能力を養う．

Goals of the Course

The aim of this course is to help students acquire the basic knowledge of geologic phenomena by field excursion. Students are expected to get ability to find problems in nature through observation and discussion in the excursion.

授業終了時に以下のことができるようになることを目標とする．
（１）見学地に露出する地質を理解する．
（２）討論を通じて，その地質に介在する問題点を見いだす．

At the end of the class, the students are expected to be able to perform the following tasks.
(1) Understand the geology of the site.
(2) Identify problems associated with the geology through discussion.

授業の内容や構成
Course Content / Plan

事前の学習会（1-数回）と野外巡検（数日）からなる．
（１）事前学習会では巡検地の地質等について，事前に調べたり，討論をしたりする．
（２）野外巡検では，地質をはじめとする地球科学現象の代表的な地域を訪れ，現地にて様々な観察・討論を行う．

学習会・野外巡検の日程・場所については，追って掲示する．

野外巡検実施前に，事前学習として各人に予習課題を提示する．また，野外巡検の理解を深めるために復習を兼ねたレポートをかす．

履修条件
Course Prerequisites

地球科学の基礎的な科目を修得していることを前提とする．
