Goals of the Course | | | Under the supervision and guidance of the clinical practice instructor, students are expected to be able to elicit "chief complaints", "hopes", and "needs" using with observation and clinical interview to physical therapy subjects. And, students are expected to be able to understand the overview of the subject. In addition, students should be able to select and safely practice basically physical measurements. |

・必要な検査測定を選択することができる。

Objectives of the Course | | Under the supervision of the clinical practice supervisor,
・to be able to appropriately conduct a clinical interview with a physical therapy subject.
・to be able to elicit necessary information (chief complaints, hopes, and needs) from the physical therapy subjects, and collect information from other medical professionals and medical charts.
・to be able to understand the overview of the subjects.
・to be able to select the necessary tests and measurements.
・to be able to perform examinations and measurements safely. |

授業の内容や構成
Course Content / Plan | | 全ての実習に参加することを基本とする。
１期：１回／週（水曜日）、1日×4回／施設の実習を２施設実施する。
臨地実習までにガイダンスを実施。
臨床実習におけるリスク・安全管理として「自己の体調管理」「個人情報保護の徹底」「感染症へのリスク管理」「実習中における学生事故」についての講義
医療機関での実習例（実習地により異なる）
1日目 1施設2名の学生が参加を基本とする。オリエンテーション、症例の観察・医療面接
2日目 症例の理学療法実施、見学、評価、評価技術体験
3日目 症例の理学療法実施、見学、評価、評価技術体験
4日目 症例の理学療法実施、見学、評価、症例からの収集した情報のまとめ
実習前ガイダンス、実習後反省会への出席が必須となる。アナウンスに注意すること。 |

成績評価の方法と基準
Course Evaluation Method and Criteria | | 全ての実習に参加することを原則とする。その上で、
症例レポート（30%）、デイリーノート（40%）、臨床実習指導者による評定表（20%）、実習の振り返りシート（10%）を踏まえて総合的に判定する。 |

Lecture format, etc. | | | 医療機関での実習を原則としますが、COVID-19による影響で医療機関での実習実施が困難な場合は、学内実習を実施する。その場合は指導教員の指示に従い実施する。 |
