Goals of the Course(JPN)
成人期の発達段階を踏まえ、健康レベルに応じ、個々の人生設計に沿ったセルフケア、療養を支える看護実践を学ぶ。特に、急性期や重症な状態、周術期にある人の特徴を理解し、生命維持、身体的リスクの低減と症状緩和、安全と安楽の保持等のための看護実践を学ぶ。

Goals of the Course
This class aims to understand patient-centered nursing practices for self-health management and livelihood based on personalized health status in according with development tasks of adulthood, particulary in acute phase.

Objectives of the Course(JPN)
1. 急性期や重症な状態にある人をアセスメントでき、優先順位を踏まえた看護を説明できる。
2. 疾患や治療に応じた観察項目を理解し、異常の早期発見と必要な看護を実践できる。
3. 急性期や重症な状態にある人や家族の心理についてアセスメントし、不安の緩和を図ることができる。

Objectives of the Course
The goals of this course are to be able to:
1) assess people with acute or critical conditions and explain nursing care based on priorities.
2) understand observation items according to disease and treatment, and detect abnormalities early and practice necessary nursing care.
3) assess the psychology of people with acute or critical conditions and their families to alleviate their anxiety.

1. 急性期にある患者と家族の看護（１）：患者・家族の特徴と急性期看護の基本
2. 急性期にある患者と家族の看護（２）：急性期でよく用いられる看護理論
3. 救急看護、クリティカルケア
4. 周術期にある患者と家族の看護（１）：術前の看護
5. 周術期にある患者と家族の看護（２）：術中の看護
6. 周術期にある患者と家族の看護（３）：術後の看護、術後合併症と予防
7. 周術期にある患者と家族の看護（４）：術後の機能障害や生活制限への看護

Course Evaluation Method and Criteria
試験60%、授業参加40％で評価する。
A+：上位10%程度、A：80点以上、B：70点以上、C：65点以上、C-：60点以上、F：60点未満
