Goals of the Course(JPN) | | | 世界に類をみない超高齢社会を迎えようとしているわが国は，老年期を生きる人々の生活機能を維持・向上することを目指した保健・医療・福祉サービスやシステムの構築が課題となっている。本講義では，多様化する高齢者のニーズを多角的に理解し，老年期を生きる人々の生活と健康，それらを取り巻く社会をとらえ，高齢者看護を実践するための基礎的な知識について学ぶ。 |

Goals of the Course | | | As Japan is about to enter a super-aging society unparalleled in the world, the construction of health, medical, and welfare services and systems aimed at maintaining and improving the life functions of people living with the elderly has become a challenge. In this course, students will gain a multifaceted understanding of the diverse needs of the elderly, and learn the fundamentals of nursing care for the elderly by understanding the lives and health of people living in the elderly and the society that surrounds them. |

４．高齢者の人権や倫理に関わる諸問題とその捉え方を知る。
５．高齢者看護におけるチームケアのあり方，看護職が果たす役割について検討できる。 |

Objectives of the Course | | At the end of this class, students will be able to:
1. Understand the social conditions surrounding the elderly and be able to consider issues related to gerontological nursing.
2. Explain the developmental stages of old age, mental and physical functions associated with aging, and life changes.
3. Describe nursing practices that support the life and health of the elderly that health practitioners can examine.
4. Learn about human rights and ethical issues for the elderly.
5. Describe team care of nurses of the elderly and the role played by the nursing staff. |

加齢と老化
1-2：老年期の発達課題と健康，加齢に伴う身体・精神・社会的変化
３．老年症候群
フレイル，低栄養,サルコペニア
４．高齢者の多角的・包括的なアセスメント
高齢者総合機能評価（CGA），基本的日常生活動作（BADL），
手段的日常生活動作（IADL），心理・情緒的機能（GDS，QOL）
５．高齢者を支える社会資源・制度，生活環境
６．高齢者看護の倫理的課題（高齢者虐待，身体拘束）
７．高齢者看護におけるチームケア
