Goals of the Course | | | This practicum aims to learn nursing care to help patients recover from major surgical procedures based on holistic understanding of pre-, during, and postsurgical conditions. |

到達目標 【日本語】
Objectives of the Course(JPN) | | 1. 手術を受ける患者の心情に共感し、気持ちに寄り添うことができる。
2. 看護の視点に基づいて情報を収集し、急性期の患者という観点からその情報の意味を考えることができる。
3. 枠組みごとの情報を統合し、周手術期の観点から看護問題を抽出することができる。
4. 急性期における身体的・心理的変化を考慮して看護問題に優先度を付け、問題を解決するための計画を立案することができる。
5. 周手術期の状況を踏まえて、患者の安全・安楽を保証し、患者の意思を尊重しながら効果的な看護援助を行うことができる。
6. 患者の反応や変化から、行った援助を目標と照らし合わせて評価し、看護問題・看護目標・看護計画・看護援助を修正/追加できる。
7. 患者/家族・医療スタッフ・他学生との関係において、医療チームの一員としての責任を果たすことができる。
8. 急性期医療・看護の特徴と倫理的課題に気づき、考察を深めることができる。 |

Objectives of the Course | | At the end of this practicum, the students will be able to:
1. understand patients undergoing surgical treatment physically, psychologically, socially, and spiritually,
2. assess the needs of patients undergoing surgical treatment,
3. plan nursing care for patients undergoing surgical treatment,
4. prioritize the problems and make plans to solve those problems,
5. support patients by respecting their wishes while ensuring their safety and comfort.
6. modify the care plans to the patient`s condition
7. fulfill responsibilities as a member of the healthcare team
8. determine own issues related to logical thinking, ethical sensitivity, reliant personal relationship, and caring through nursing care through patients undergoing surgical treatment. |

授業の内容や構成
Course Content / Plan | | 1. 外科的治療を受けて、急性期にある患者と家族に対する看護実践
・外科系病棟で病棟実習を行う。
・1名の患者（手術療法を受けた患者）を受け持ち、系統だった看護過程の展開を進める。
2. 看護実践の振り返り（カンファレンス）
・ショートカンファレンス：日々の振り返りや情報共有を行う。
・カンファレンス：受け持ち患者の関連図、実践した看護と評価を報告する。
3. 実習記録
・実習記録は別途指示する。
詳細は別紙「急性期看護学実習 手引き」に明記する。
