Goals of the Course(JPN)
大学教員職を通じて高等教育を概観し、これを取り巻く諸課題に対して関心を高める。また大学院卒業後に大学教員をキャリアの1つとして捉えるために必要となる基礎的な専門知識と技能を身に着ける。

Goals of the Course
This course provides an overview of higher education through the university profession and raises interest in the various issues surrounding it. In addition, students will acquire necessary knowledge and skills in order to consider university academic staff as one of their careers after completing graduate programs.

・大学教員職の概要を専門的知見を基に述べる
・高等教育や大学教員職を取り巻く課題を説明する

・授業を設計し、その一部を実践する

Objectives of the Course
At the end of this course, the student should be able to
・Provide an overview of the university profession based on academic knowledge
・Explain the issues surrounding higher education and the university profession
・Describe typical theories for teaching students
・Design a lesson and practice part of it

遠隔授業（オンデマンド型）で行う場合の追加措置
Additional measures for remote class (on-demand class)
1日目や2日目の授業は対面参加を推奨し、3日目の模擬授業は対面参加を原則とする。1日目や2日目の授業は Zoom（もしくはTeams）により遠隔（同時双方向型）でも実施する。
