Goals of the Course(JPN) | | | 公教育と教育行政の基本原理について考察する。その際、教育基本法、学校教育法、地方教育行政の組織及び運営に関する法律などの成立事情や関連する判例に注目する。また、教育・教育制度に関連する文献・資料の探索・収集を実習する。 |

Goals of the Course | | | In this seminar, the participants will discuss the basic principles of public education and educational administration, especially paying attention to the Basic Education Law, the School Education Law, the Law on Organization and Management of Local Educational Administration, and the related law cases. Also, the participants will practice the collection of documents and materials related to the education and education system. |
