Goals of the Course | | | Recent developments in the field of criminal law & procedure will be discussed in this seminar. Recent court decisions and articles will be used as materials. Actual topics and class schedules will be decided upon requests from applicants and faculty members (and academics from other universities invited to participate in discussing particular topics). |

本科目は、正規生のみを対象とする(本研究科の専任教員の指導下の院生のみが履修できる)ものである。 |
