The aim of this course is to acquire high level of expertise regarding each student's research question and to write thesis based upon logical and applicative consideration.

Objectives of the Course
Through this course, each student is expected to:
1. decide his/her research plan and to acquire basics of research and academic writing, and
2. submit a Master's thesis
授業の内容や構成
Course Content / Plan
Each student will work on drafting of the Master's thesis.
1. collect and read research material.
2. make a presentation of the progress of the research as occasion demands and receive advice regarding the progress of the research.
3. submit the draft of the Master's thesis to the supervisor as occasion demands and receive advice.
4. Write and submit a Master's thesis.

The details of the course will depend on the progress of each student's research.

Course Prerequisites and Related Courses
Special Research II is compulsory for a student of the LLM (Comperative Law) Program in Law and Political Science.
成績評価の方法と基準
Course Evaluation Method and Criteria
Each student will be evaluated based upon his/her Master's thesis. To pass, each student should conduct his/her own research actively and autonomously and submit the Master's thesis.
