Goals of the Course(JPN) | | この講義は、環境法のうち、その総論分野を中心に講ずるものである。わが国の環境法もまた、個々の環境問題への法的対応として形成されてきた。本講義では、その過程を追体験するとともに、わが国環境法の全体像を把握し、それに通底する理念・原則、および個別の環境法制度に共通して観察される法的仕組みについて理解することを目的とする。

Goals of the Course | | This course provides students with a basic understanding of Japanese environmental law. We will focus on the history of environmental legislation; environmental law principles; approaches for environmental protection (command and control approach and other supplemental approaches), and environmental impact assessment legislation.

Course Prerequisites and Related Courses | | | 法学に関する基礎的知識を有していることが望ましい。 | | Basic knowledge of law is desirable. |

成績評価の方法と基準
Course Evaluation Method and Criteria | | 学期末試験（80％）および平常点（20％）による。
履修取り下げ制度を用いない。履修を取りやめた者および学期末試験を受験しない者の評価は「W」とする。
与えられた問題に対して、講義を通じて得られた環境法に関する正確な知識や理解に基づいて、論理的に考察し論述することができることを、合格の基準とする。 | End-term examination (80%), as well as performances in the class (20%).
A grade of "W" will be given to those who withdraw from the course and those who do not take the end-term examination.
The criteria for passing the course is to be able to logically consider and discuss the given issues based on accurate knowledge and understanding of environmental law obtained through the lectures. |
