Goals of the Course | | | The purpose of this study is to contribute to the advancement of culture by teaching and researching academic theories and applications in medicine and health sciences, mastering the depths of them, and cultivating deep knowledge and outstanding abilities to take on occupations that require a high degree of expertise, as well as fostering academic researchers, advanced specialists and professors in medicine and health sciences. |

Objectives of the Course(JPN) | | | オミックス医療科学実習にて行ったトレーニングを基礎として実際の研究と論文作成を行う。テーマは，各種腫瘍組織の組織診・細胞診材料を用いて，細胞における染色体異常・遺伝子異常及び複数の抗原の発現をFISH法，蛍光抗体二重染色法などにより検出する上での諸条件の検討，細胞異型のコンピュータによる画像解析など，免疫病理学，分子病理学的，形態計測的研究である。 |

Objectives of the Course | | | Practice research using molecular pathological technics and write scientific papers concerned with molecular pathological technics and artificial intelligence technique of cytology. |

授業の内容や構成
Course Content / Plan | | | 教員が与える複数の研究課題から、自らが実施する研究課題を選定し、実験方法、手技、結果の解釈を進めていく。得られた結果を論理的に考察し、研究結果から得られる知見をまとめる。定期的に実験過程を教員と協議し、研究手法等を身に着けていく。 |
