Goals of the Course(JPN) | | | 行政・企業・NPOなどの社会のさまざまな現場で活躍する社会人大学院生が、直面する具体的な環境問題の解決を目指して、さまざまな学問分野の多数の教員や大学院生と共に、対等な立場で超学際的な議論を積み重ねる中で、問題解決に向けたスキルを身につけます。環境問題に対して修得した知識をもとに深く考え果敢に行動することで、DP2に対応し、自らの専門領域に閉じない柔軟な英知を身につけ環境にかかわる幅広い学問分野を自由に咀嚼することで、DP3に対応します。 |

Goals of the Course | | | Graduate students who are working in various fields of society such as government, companies, and NPOs participate in this seminar with the aim of solving specific environmental problems they face. Through accumulating transdisciplinary discussions with many faculty members and graduate students in various academic fields, you will acquire skills for problem solving. By thinking deeply and acting boldly based on the knowledge acquired for environmental problems, it responds to DP2. By acquiring flexible wisdom, related to the environment, that is not closed to your own specialized academic field, it responds to DP3. |

授業の内容や構成
Course Content / Plan | | ３段階のセミナーを実施します。
（１）集団指導教員との個別セミナー
受講生が、その集団指導教員と共に、受講生の研究テーマに関わるセミナーを開催します。開催の頻度、日程や方法－対面・リモートの別などは、受講生と集団指導教員の間で調整します（非公開を想定していますが、内容に応じた適切な範囲の教員や学生に対して、公開して頂くことも可能です）。
（２）公開コロキウム
受講生が、毎回1名ずつ、環境学研究科の教員・院生の全員に対して公開されたオンラインのコロキウムにおいて、自らの研究内容を発表し、他の受講生や環境学研究科のメンバーと交流します。開催頻度は受講生の数にも依りますが、概ね月1回程度を想定しています。本科目の受講生は、年に1回、自ら発表を行うと共に、各回のコロキウムに参加する必要があります。公開コロキウムの日程は、受講生と教員の間で調整します。
（３）合同研究発表会
受講生が、半年に一度の頻度で、環境問題の解決に向けた社会と大学の間での知の共創に関連した「共通のテーマ」を設定して、合同の公開研究発表会を開催し、環境学研究科の内外の学生や教員、あるいは一般の方々と交流します。本科目の受講生は、半年毎のどちらかの機会において研究発表を行うと共に、その他の回の発表会にも参加する必要があります。合同研究発表会の日程は、受講生と教員の間で調整します。 | We will hold a three-stage seminar.
(1) Individual seminars with group supervisors
Students will hold seminars related to their research themes together with their group supervisors. The frequency, schedule, and method of the event - whether face-to-face or remote - will be coordinated between the students and the group supervisor (it is assumed that it will not be open to the public, but it is possible to make it open to faculty members and students within an appropriate range according to the content).
(2) Public Colloquium
Each student will present their research in an online colloquium open to all faculty members and graduate students of the Graduate School of Environmental Studies in order to interact with other students and members of the Graduate School of Environmental Studies. The frequency of the event depends on the number of students, but it is expected to be held about once a month. Students of this course are required to make their own presentations once a year and participate in each colloquium. The schedule of the public colloquium is coordinated between students and instructors.
(3) Joint Research Presentation
Once every six months, students set a "common theme", related to the co-creation of knowledge between society and the university for solving environmental problems, and hold joint open research presentations in order to interact with students, faculty members, and the general public inside and outside the Graduate School of Environmental Studies. Students of this course are required to make research presentations once a year in this joint research presentation and to participate in the other opportunity too. The schedule of the joint research presentation will be coordinated between student and instructors. |
