Objectives of the Course [ENG] | | The main objective of the course is to improve students' self-directed learning and autonomy through understanding of learning and time-management principles.
An equally important learning objective is self-understanding from basic psychology/mental health perspective and improving emotional wellbeing.
Students will develop a practical knowledge on proven learning strategies and mindset frameworks that will allow them to make the best of their university years. |
