Objectives of the Course [JPN]
現代の資本主義経済の主要な担い手は企業である。経営学では企業およびその経営活動を主たる分析対象とする。企業とは何か、その発展とそこから生じる問題を問う。そして経営学成立の重要な契機である経営管理の理論展開を概観する。それと同時に日本企業の経営的特徴を学ぶことで現代日本企業が抱える課題を考えるための基本的な知識を習得する。
