Goals of the Course(JPN)

２年生で習得した基礎的な遺伝学・生化学などの知識を基盤に、細菌、糸状菌と植物の環境応答について、分子遺伝学的な視野から理解をする。特に動植物で保存されている自然免疫と、植物特有のシグナル伝達を介した感染防御機構について主に取り上げて授業を行う。The aim of this course is to understand the molecular basis of plant immunity.

The aim of this course is to understand the molecular basis of the innate immunity conserved in animals and plants infection defense mechanism.

この授業では、受講者が授業終了時に以下の知識・能力を身につけていることを目標とする。
1．動植物で保存された自然免疫の分子機構を説明できる。
2．病原微生物の感染戦略について理解し、説明できる。
3．植物が独自に獲得した免疫機構について理解し、説明できる。

The goal of this course is to acquire the following knowledge.
1. Understand the molecular mechanism conserved in animals and plants.
2. Understand the infection strategy of pathogenic microorganisms.
3. Understand plant-specific immunity.

1．植物免疫系及び病原体の概説
2．病原微生物の寄生戦略
3．微生物分子パターン認識による免疫機構
4．抵抗性遺伝子によるエフェクター認識機構
5．植物ホルモンであるサリチル酸を介した免疫機構
6．植物ホルモンであるジャスモン酸を介した免疫機構
7．免疫機構と環境ストレスのクロストーク
