Goals of the Course
This course is intended to study the latest advanced technology of electronic devices for automobiles from top researchers of universities and industries. The topics of lectures are related to electrical, electronic and information technologies in automotive industries, such as power semiconductor devices, imaging devices, camera system, vehicle control and AI agents. Upon completion of the course, students will be able to (1) understand the latest technology of electronic devices for automobiles, (2) explain basic concepts and principles underlying the technology of electronic devices for automobiles, (3) deepen the understanding of the technology of electronic devices for automobiles from a viewpoint of the requirements in CASE (“Connected”, “Autonomous/Automated”, “Shared, “Electric”).
