授業の目的 【日本語】
Goals of the Course(JPN) | | デジタル化の急速な進展により，メディア／情報産業の現場は大きく変容している。そこで本講義では，番組制作や報道の在りようを手がかりに，情報化の進展がいかなる職業観の変容を伴っているのか，また新しい時代に必要とされる情報倫理とはどのようなものなのかを考えることを目的にする。放送をめぐる講義を手がかりにディスカッションを併用しながら考えたい。
放送局は，その始まりから，ビジネスとしての成功と，報道のプロフェッショナルとして身につけるべき倫理との葛藤を抱えながら発展してきた。日本の放送現場の現状や変容を手がかりに,激変するメディア社会における情報のゲートキーパーとしての役割について考えたい。
本授業は地元放送局（東海テレビ放送）のご協力によって開講され, 現場で活躍される方々に最先端の状況をお話いただく。講義参加者には質疑応答に留まらない積極的な参加を期待する。 |

授業の目的 【英語】
Goals of the Course | | By the rapid progress of digitization, the field of media/information industry is greatly changing. The purpose of this lecture is to consider what kind of occupational changes happen, in accordance with the progress of computerization, and what kind of information ethics are necessary in the new age, based on the situation of program production and news reporting. Students are expected to consider these issues through discussions as well based on the lecture on broadcasting.
Broadcasting stations have developed with conflicts between success as a business and ethics to master as a professional of news reporting since their birth. The role of the gatekeeper of information in the drastically changing media society is examined based on the present state and the broadcasting field in Japan.
This class is held with the cooperation of a local broadcasting station (Tokai Television Broadcasting), and people in the field are invited to talk about the latest situations. The participants are expected to participate actively in question and answer sessions. |

Objectives of the Course(JPN) | | | 誰もが発信可能で，複製が容易なデジタル・メディア社会において，情報関連の職業には新たなルールと倫理観が求められている。情報社会の進展やインターネットの進化に伴い，情報発信や流通を専門とする人びとにはどのような職業／倫理観が求められるのだろうか。本講義では，特に放送現場で活躍するプロフェッショナル（東海テレビ放送）にご協力いただき，現場での事例をもとに，今後のマス・メディアの課題と展望，来るべきメディア社会への展望について講義していただき,現場で活躍する方々と受講者とがともに課題解決の検討や質疑応答を行う。その過程を通して，これから職業を選ぶ若い学生たちが，情報社会におけるコンテンツ制作，流通に関わる専門職として身につけるべき倫理観や素養を獲得するとともに，討論力やリーダーシップを身につけることも目的とする。 |
