授業の目的　【日本語】
Goals of the Course(JPN)
本演習は，経済成長，教育メカニズム，財政政策など，マクロ理論に関わるものか，あるいは中央政府・地方政府による公共財供給，資源配分に関する問題，公営企業の理論など，ミクロ理論に関わるものの，先端研究に関する論文あるいは文献を輪読し，それを理解した上で自身の論文の作成ができるようになることを目的とします。

Goals of the Course
The objective of this seminar is for students to read (1) macroeconomics-related articles such as economic growth, education mechanism and public finance, and/or (2) microeconomics-related articles such as public goods provision by the central and the local governments, resource allocation and theories of public firms. Students can write their own article for their own interests.

Course Prerequisites and Related Courses
Students are possibly required to take courses of public finance, public economics, macroeconomics and microeconomics.
成績評価の方法と基準
Course Evaluation Method and Criteria
Evaluation is based on the researches conducted by the students and the contribution for the seminar. In special, the followings are important
(1) whether the research of student attains the objective above.
(2) whether the student positively make a presentation and/or join the discussion.
Students need not submit "Course Withdrawal Request" in case students decide to withdraw from this seminar.
