More than 60% of drug discovery targets are membrane proteins, but it is still difficult to obtain their 3D structural information. The current status of 3D structural analysis of membrane proteins will be presented.

Objectives of the Course
The objective of this course is to understand the current status of structural analysis of drug discovery-related proteins and structure-based drug discovery. The goal is to learn how to use Pymol, a protein structure display program, and to be able to create a protein structure diagram of a grade that can actually be used in an academic paper.

Translate the assigned protein structure analysis paper.
In this case, protein structure diagrams will be created by each student using Pymol.
The grading will be based on the skill of the protein structure diagram. Grading will be based on the skill of the figure creation.
The deadline for submission is one month.
